I think the tank lacks flow (for sps). as well as lighting. If you're lucky, the PCs will keep them alive if you put them in high flow at the very top, but they will not grow. I say that because I have a 55 with PCs. (your experience may vary of course)
Most LFSs will <u>only</u></em> test for PH, nitrates, and ammonia in their free panels. Some offer more for a fee, or some may do one or more (like calcium) if you special request, but otherwise, thats it.
My 55 is only softies and lps for that reason. I tried an easy SPS frag once and it began to bleach in a week or two so I found it a new home before it died.
As for your setup, it looks good, just make sure your suncoral stays fed, and that you don't overdo it.
