Blue Spotted Puffer

I have a small toby puffer and I am wanting to know if he would be ok with a pistol shrimp? The puffer is about 2 inches and the shrimp is about 3 inches and he is paired up with a yellow watchman goby

No shrimp is safe with a puffer as a general rule. But, that pistol will probably never come out of hiding to give him a chance to eat him. Go for it.
