Brown stuff on cabbage leather

I think this is just the result of poor flow after feeding but it sure looks like that area gets plenty of flow so idk.

There's some brown stuff on it. It won't blow off with a turkey baster but it will come off if I scrape it with the baster tip.

What could this be and should I scrape or brush it off or should I leave it? I did do a dip with Revive yesterday. Perhaps that's why it will scrape off now. First pic is pre-scraping with baster tip and the 2nd is post. I didn't do much just in case. So I figured I'd check k here first.

Thoughts?
