Bubble Magus Curve 7 Help

My old skimmer went out during the school year and I replaced it with a BM Curve 7, but I've never quiet got it dialed in.

When I came back from vacation I had a thick wall of skudge in the unit neck so I removed it to clean it.

Can someone twll me which setting is the highest, I can't seem to figure it out by tinkering or online, I am on "Max 3" but wondering if "Max 2 or 3" will raise the bubbles. It is still producing skimmate in the neck but not quiet bubbling to the top of the collection cup.

Tweaking it should make a visible difference in the bubble level.

0 is all the way open. The higher the number, the higher the bubble level should be. I have both a curve 5 and the es5 (same as curve 5, but upgraded pump).
