Can anyone id what is on my coral?

I found this dark brown spot on my leather coral. I thought it would go away but it looks like it is spreading. Should I cut the sections out, dip or leave it?

Well you have alot of mojanos next to it...def kill those off but not exactly sure whats on the leather
