chloramine in Gwinnett?

My tank has been registering small amounts of ammonia FOREVER. I am beginning to wonder if i have a chloramine issue. We live in North Gwinnett Anyone having a similar issue or know if Gwinnett County uses chloramine?

John call your water dept they will tell you. I talked to Lawrenceville's about 3 years ago and the said they did'n but at least 3 in the Atlanta area were using it. Take a water sample to one of the LSF in your area and ask them to test it, your test kit could be off.
