Clownfish question

My female clownfish which is a full grown occelaris is starting to worry me a bit. Pretty much every day now it stays around the top of the tank and pokes its mouth out of the water and seems to be gasping for air... i dont know why it would be doing this when I have plenty of surface agitation in my tank and none of my other fish have ever done this. The fish still eats but I am kind of worried about it. Has this happened to anyone else before?

May have ICH and that is bad news. I had it a yr ago and wiped out my tank. Try and quarantine it to see if you can save her.
