I got one of these thing and now want to extend the body by a few inches. Is there anywhere I can get the 6'' body cut so I could glue another 6-12'' section onto this thing with a much bigger pump? Is it even a good idea?

I don't want to cut this thing at the house or use a wood saw since it may crack.

I'd do a recirculation mod instead or just sell it for a bigger skimmer. Seems like a lot of hassle for potentially having no skimmer to show for it.
