That's the way to deal with a defective new pump.......slather glue on it. Great customer service. He should have shipped a new part first thing with no prompting. Geez! Not your fault in the first place.:boo:

Not cool. They should have sent a new part no questions asked. I would give them a call and get the part. I would hate for you to have a flood due to a defective part.
