Difference in mags?

I was wondering if anyone knew the difference, if any, in the Mag. pumps. They have a 'pondmaster' line and just a reef/aquarium line. I have an extra 24 sitting around that I was gonna put in my pond, but it is the reef/aquarium line of mags. Do you guys think it would be ok??

yes but I dont think a pond would be ok in the tank.

I bougt a pond pump one time on accident and the one I got had metal parts.

I didnt think there was any difference, aside from the pond line has a longer power cord. The MAg line has a metal impeller shaft too.

My mags have ceramic impellor shafts or at least the last two I just opened for cleaning did.

oops, thats what I meant. Both lines have ceramic.

Jeremy's right; the only difference is the cord length.
