Duncan trouble

Something is eating my Duncans (I think) the heads have been doing really good, really big and full. I turn light on this morning and and 1 of the 3 heads are gone. Just an empty crater left. Is it possiable that my blue legs are eating them? I ask because I see them lurking. I had seent his happen in the past also.

Everything else in the tank seems to be untouched

Whats in the tank
Clown
2 chromis
scooter blenny
2 Bangi Cardnals (just introduced last week)
coral banded shrimp and 2 pepermint
snails and blue/scarlett crabs

I have lots of BLs and they haven't eaten a duncan...yet. I would think it's unlikely, but they are crabs. I would keep an eye on the shrimp, I've seen a peppermint go after frogspawn. That's why mine is in the sump.

some other websites had said that they have seen pepperment eat coral.
I did confirm at purchase "pure reef" that they were indeed peppermints and not camel back. I think I wil remove them today during W/C to prevent any loss and or to confirm that they are the culprit.

Okay so i dont think anything is eating the duncan heads. I was fishing around in tank yesterday and i noticed that head that was eaten on the tank bottom. Got up this am and one head was shrunken reall small and now that its coming out it looks like its about to fall out of the stock of the coral again leavimg me with an empty crater.

I dont get it, the heads were really big and healthy, lights go out and they seem to be popping off.

Advice?
