OK, everyone's had a couple of days to play w/the 25's, what setting(s)has everyone ended up with? I think I blew 2 or 3 fish and a Turbo outta the tank on my initial start up! Once I tuned it down a bit I played w/the wave function and had the perfect storm wave in a couple of minutes! Small pumps but very powerful for sure. I ended w/the ELSE setting on S3. Kinda waiting to see what everyone else has found to there liking. My dimmer feature is working like a champ as well. I have 2 in a 75 on opposite ends working against each other. Thanks Jeff for getting all of this together and all the headaches you had to endure!

YW Hutch! It's actually been kind of fun. I've got WP40's but same deal as you with the WP25. I'm on W1 at S2 and got a nice steady rocking going on. Tankmates all seem to enjoy it so far. The other thing to consider is how far from the surface you place these. I have one about 12" below the surface on one end and the other is 15" below surface on the other end. This lessened the surface splashing that I was getting even on S2 (middle speed setting).

I had to move down as well. Put the hydor 500's behind the rock to help battle the detritus buildup! I mayyyyyyyy have too much flow for the 75. The nem was stretched out like a tube sock hangin on w/her fingernails!

Of course we are

I will post a detailed how to in a bit but basically you need to get the reef angle jebao cable they are on the reef angle site then if you have a full apex you use the var speed ports it is an RJ 45 I used a standard cat 5 568b patch cord. Once that's done you pretty much set it up as you would a tunze pump if you have just one pump you do a ramp mode if you have two you can sync them. I am on my mobile right now but like I said I will do a detailed post when I get back to a PC
