Thank you to everyone on the forum who has given us so much advice and encouragement (and corals, and affordable equipment!).
We finally have it full of water and sand and rock! Fixed the leaks and it's purring like a kitten.
A VERY special thanks to Shari @sharis100 and Adam @anit77 for their extra time and effort, especially tonight when we were starting everything up and weren't exactly sure how to fine tune things. We really do appreciate every bit of encouragement we've received.
Just turned the lights on to see how it looks. Need to clean the glass where a sediment band got left when we took a break from filling. Now to add salt, bacterial seeding, copepods and eventually our clowns and frags.

That's great! Seriously, congrats! That's one heck of a system and I'm glad to know how much research and planning went into it. You're setting yourself up for success!

As everyone has already said, it looks great! I look forward following your progress.

Looks very good Nancy! You & Tyler did a great job!

Wait on the copepods though, without a food source they will just die. Give it a month or two after adding your fish. That way there will be detritus, left over food bits and fish crap to feed off of. Same goes for the CUC. If you add those type things too early they'll just help with the cycling as they die off and add ammonia to the system.
