Are you on mobile, computer or the tapatalk app?
On mobile you should see an envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

You have one more step...from the screenshots you shared at the bottom of that pop-up...you have to tap on "Show All". That will direct you to the screenshot I shared

If you have Show all checked it will show every PM you have received. You can choose Started By or Received By and type the user name you had a PM that you are looking for. Another option is you can Star PM's and filter by those as well in the future.
