0-10ppm nitrites and between 10 and 15 Ammonia (I forgot the unit ha). Turns out my test kit was wrong for nitrates, lfs tested it to be 30, and they replaced the fish

The ammonia and nitrites reading is more of the issue, not the nitrates tho.
