I've got a 6"-7" Foxface Lo that was getting "cleaned" by a skunk cleaner the other day.. I didn't pay it much attention (although it has not been normal behavior in my tank over the last year)..
yesterday, I noticed that there are a few spots on the dorsal and rear fins (occuring at the edge of the fin) that have turned yellowish/brown/dark brown.
the spots look like a paper bag that has been held too close to a match, and has become singed, but hasn't burned..
I've got pictures, but havent had the chance to post them yet..
Could it be from an anemone? I've recently added a RBTA and he stays in the area that the foxface usually hides out in.. (there could have been incidental contact)
there has been a GBTA in the tank for more than 6 months, without any of these spots showing up on the Foxface before (but the GBTA is on the other side of the tank)
I know, I know.. pictures... I'll post them tonight..
