Frag tank Lighting questions

My frag tank is the same dimensions as a 20 long just 6'' deep instead.

I am going to use it for a zoa tank.

I have 2 24 inch sunpod Power compacts Im going to run for a little while

It came with a 75 gallon I picked up so I figured why not use it on something

until later where I may switch to t-5's

Should I run just 1 bulb or would I be ok running 2

How high above the h20? Run both of the cf's honestly. Love those dims by the way!
At 6" deep I wouldn't even swap to t5's. Just keep it cheap and simple

What would you suggest? I was thinking about 24" above the "h20" just so I wouldn't have to stoop down too far to see into the tank. Unless you think this is too high off the water. I was a little concerned with heat so I def don't want them right over the top I was thinking with a 6'' deep tank I wouldn't even have to do a actual rack

You'll get better coloration and growth with t5's. Since it's going to be 24" off the tank, make sure the reflector is good and directs the light where you want it so you don't lose any. I'd eventually go with t5's or VHO's. VHO's create awesome coloration and growth.

Well.for now I will use the pc bulbs I do have reflectors so directing the light should not be a problem I think I will go to hi output t-5 in a few months.
