Had various zoa's hanging by threads essentially so I severed them and glued them to a fag plug. Most appeared to be in bad shape from the flow battering them around but I'm hopeful they'll make it!
Also, all the frags from the frag swap are looking better. The green acan's are inflating a little, the SPS are all showing hints of color and polyp extension, and a mystery frag is showing a little color as well. Think the mystery frag might be another kind of acan but with such a small size it's hard to tell.
Finally, I got a fair sized rock with zoa's that appear to be in bad shape. This is the one that sat in a zip-loc bag forever. Some of the zoa's seem to be shedding their outer layer of skin, others have dark gunk at their mouths(poop?), and the rest are doing fine. Is shedding a sign of recovery or death?
Thanks!
