Anyone happen to have freshwater pods? Or have a trusted source? I have 4 freshwater tanks, one of which is a dedicated snail-breeder that I never could reliably keep daphnia going in... and honestly keeping a stable daphnia population was a real chore and despite trying to keep several separate cultures going, all of mine eventually crashed out - I'm hoping maybe keeping a regular pod population might be easier?
That said, will I have to add freshwater phyto to the list of foods I have to buy on the regular, too, if I do that?
They'd be good for all of my tanks, really, but most especially I want/need them for the pea puffers.
