Frozen food? partially thawed, its 74 outside

I received a frozen food order today that didn't fair so well. It arrived cold, but not completely frozen. It was mysis, brine and the large 750g cyclop-eeze. Toss it? Not worth the risk?

Hmm. I doubt it is worth it. I would toss it. That kinda stuff is just easier to pick up locally.

If it was cold/still slightly frozen it should be ok. Many hobbyist partially thaw there prepackaged food and freeze it again to create their own personal blend of fish food.
