Future 250g DD Predator Tank

So I am picking up my new Deep Dimension 250g tank this week. Now I just have to wait for my new house to be done so I can set it up... Thoughts on the stocking list?

Currently in my predator tank that are moving to new tank:
18" Snowflake eel
24" Zebra Eel
14" Green Wolf Eel
5" Black Volitan Lionfish

And I want to add:
Skeletor Eel (If I can find one)
Golden Puffer or Guinea Fowl Puffer
Queen or Emperor Angel
Achilles Tang
Harlequin Tusk
?

So it will be a 250gallon DT with A Ruby Red 36 sump, Orca Protein skimmer rated for 500 gallons, 36W UV, A fuge tank (size currently unknown), Denitrate reactor, Phosphate Reactor... Going to go way overboard on the filtration system since they are all extremely messy.

Thoughts? Anything I am missing to ensure a tank with pristine conditions / Is the stock list too large?

while i am sure your tank will survive with those critters. i wouldnt do but one of them in my 265 display.
