Generators Ready?

Is everyone ready just in case the power goes out?

I have a generator ready to go. I’ve run heavy duty extension cords through the w house. It’s enough to run 2 refrigerators, all the tanks, fish/coral related equipment, my wife’s office and enough outlets in the kitchen to cook, make coffee and charge electronics as needed.

I have a battery-operated air pump lol...oh yeah, and plenty of extension cords and a generator in hubby's work van

I have one of my setup on a diy battery backup from a member here. (Controls Vectra s2 and 1 mp10).

Other tank will go on a battery operating airstone.

I’ve finally closed on a new home and will start working on the house in 2 week time.

As part of getting ready to move in, I am replacing whole central hvac and having all the electrical wires upgraded. I am going to add either solar system to go off grid or generac power system. I am not familiar with any of these system so let me know if you can help.
