Got my order in yesterday. Variety wise, expect about the same as you would from R2G.....mostly amphipods. Numbers wise, they were quite generous.

I ordered yesterday but did not receive a "confirmation" email as to the order. Did anyone else get a confirmation? I payed through PayPal and it went through. Just curious as I haven't ordered anything from here before. Thanks,

I didn't receive one either. On their website I do believe they said they ship mon and tuesday of each week. I placed my order on Monday paid $8 delivery and received it on Thursday.

Were they delivered USPS, or Ups/Fedex. Ordered mine thursday morning. Just wondering if they come today or next week.

Got my pods and snails today and I must say they smacked R2G as far as the quantity! Nice packaging with the cooler (styrofoam and cardboard). Only complaint is that they did not send the porcelain crabs that I ordered and no explanation as to whats going on w/them! Sent an email hope to hear something pretty quick.

Got mine in today with the $8 shipping option. I was very happy with the amount of bugs and very little loss. Very little. The snails were good to go. I will certainly order from them again. I only wished they sold cheato also. I really need some in my fuge

Same thing. Order received and all is great except no porcelain crab. I also emailed them and we'll see if/how they respond.

Got my yesterday. I ordered some extra snails and they arrived also, but there was quite a few that didn't make it. But, the PODS were aplenty....

Mines arrived today I was pleased with the quantity ordered 10 extra snails and there full of life, ill choose them over r2g because of the price swing

I have not heard back from getyourpods.com regarding the no-show of the porcelain crab. I entered a dispute with Paypal today. Hopefully, it will get resolved. I may not use them again if this is their approach to customer service. I'll hold off on final judgment until I see how this resolves with Paypal.

They have a button at the top of the page for "becoming a member". Says they will ship you free pods on your birthday and keep you informed of specials.

I still have not rec'd nor had a response concerning the crabs! I rec'd an email response stating that they would get them out on the next shipment which was last week. Nothing and no response to my email inquiry.

I did not get any reply from them via their website or after initiating the dispute with Paypal. I escalated my dispute to the Paypal resolution center. Seller then provided Paypal with a copy of the tracking number showing delivery and Paypal declined my claim. So ... I just appealed the case with further explanation that although I DID receive a shipment from them - there was an item missing. We'll see. Very frustrating that the seller can answer Paypal's emails but not mine.

Sorry you guys are having a rough time. They have a sponsor thread on R2R. Might get a better response there.
