green seagrass wrasse in the sand?

do these guys burry in the sand bed? I received one yesterday via fedex. He was of course sluggish during the acclimation and when introduced, but I can't find him his morning.

Dead or possibly in the sand?

well i answered the question myself.. maybe he will surface in a day or so.. maybe at night
