Gyre Aquarium Flow

I've always had trouble with my flow. I've tried so many different placements of powerheads, and i thought the solution would be to point 2 mp40's right across from each other and use reef random. But I still have a lot of detrius build up, and my corals seem to not be happy. I've even tuned down the power, but can never find that sweet spot.

So I did some searching on google, and the ecotech president actually said he really loves creating gyre flow in tanks. Does anyone have experience creating gyre tanks? Do you have your tank setup for it currently? And can you help me in creating a gyre tank?

you have to have 4 vortechs two on each side. I havent done it just read about it. The top right will fire with the bottom left and visa versa.

No wonder the president of ecotech loves it! Still, would be cool.
