I agree with this entire post, sincerely. As you can see from the picture, I messed up the first time and it just seemed to snowball from there.
Not only was this tank water tested 72 hours by Chris, it was water tested a full WEEK by me (with pumps running and everything). Chris is right, when the tank was placed I failed to make sure the foam went all the way to the back. There is another thread on this site about the use of foam on trimless tanks and I can offer this advice. Personally, I would NEVER set a trimless tank without foam (or any tank for that matter). Additionally, I agree with Chris that the lack of foam on the last inch is what caused this issue. This just goes to show everyone how important a level tank is!
For those of you with tanks in process or tanks on order from Chris, I will tell you that I personally know of many other builds that have never had ANY issue at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure mine is the only one he's EVER had a problem with. I believe in my heart of hearts that this is not an issue with build quality whatsoever. If it were, would I still be messing with him?

Nope, I would have cut my losses or contacted my lawyer a long time ago. I am one picky SOB, for the most part, and getting my money's worth is important. Chris is absolutely correct when he says he's gone above and beyond in this case. If anyone is contemplating canceling their orders with him, please PM me first and I will rehash what Chris is not willing to out of respect for me. I'll also offer you the details of his level of care and service that I'm sure he's not going to flaunt in this particular forum and situation.
Chris and I have shared many, MANY conversations over this process. We both worked closely to design a system that I promise you does not exist anywhere else. If you go back to my original build thread you'll see the innovation that went into the tank which Chris had a big part of.
You want a simple glass box? Fine, Chris can build that for you, no problem. You want something "outside the box"? That's where he will shine for you!
Chris, I'll give you a shout later to discuss the plan. I'm hoping we don't need to fully break the tank apart, but just the back glass!
