Help restarting a used 75 gallon tank.

I bought a 75 gallon Reef tank that came with coral, and a few fish in it. It was severely neglected. Dirty and some coral died. I have rebuilt the stand and working on the lights one was not working but I got it repaired. Kinda looking for tips to help get it regions. I’ll send pics when I figure out how. I’m from Augusta but bought it in Atlanta. Live rock is got stringy green algae on it and fish I placed in a temp 10 gallon.
