Help! Tank is boiling!!

BTW, I hope everything pulls through!

Reefkeeper Lite... $99 and covers all the basics.

Good luck on this Trey......I hope for the best for your animals. I've had the Hydor submersible issues myself.

The bluespot jawfish is gone and my hammer and bubble look REALLY pissed. I think my ORA green birdsnest is on the way out, but I'm not sure. Tank is at 79.5 and holding steady.

Or AT LEAST get a temperature controller.

I'm not close but I've got a large ORA green birdsnest... I'll frag you a big piece when you are ready. If the hammer dies I can frag that too.

Thanks guys, I appreciate that! I'm sure Rit will be willing to throw in his multi-colored welsi to the mix! :)

Well good and bad news. Bad news is I lost my skunk cleaner shrimp "Uncle Sam". I looked and found my pink watchman and he was dead too. I pulled the shrimp and then went to get "Dizzy" out and apparently he was just sleeping! Those two have made it through 5 tank swaps and my major crash a couple months ago. I'm sorry to lose my shrimp, but I was on the verge of tears when I thought I had lost both those guys. I'm gonna pour some on the block for Uncle Sam right now. :)

what he said!!!

(I use a heating element and my Apex controller - the heating element does not have it's own thermostat so there is a VERY slim chance that it would stick [open or close])

Looks like all my SPS is toast. Superman, Forest Fire, Mind Trick, ORA birdsnest...the list goes on. Ughhh...

Hammer and bubble are still looking doubtful. Heck, even GSP is looking bad!

Sorry :(

Well the GSP will likely come back... I've seen that stuff subjected to all kinds of extremes. Last year a customer's chiller controller went ape and chilled the tank to 52 degrees and the GSP came back.

All my sps frags are gone, my big scroll is trying to hang on, but not looking good. Torch and bubble MAY make it, lobo on it's way out, frogspawn looking worse, shrooms, acans and rics look "OK" and the hammer is toast. GSP hasn't shown a polyp in a week, but doesn't look dead yet. Oh yeah, my chalice is wiped (thankfully not an expensive one). Palys and zoas appear to be getting better.

All in all, pretty dang sucky...
