Help wiring RSM hood

I know this is going to sound dumb but i need help installing fans and a timer in my RSM hood.. i ordered them from red sea and they came without directions so i tried to just "switch the wires to the coresponding wires" and now im stuck with a timer that doesnt work and only 1 of 2 fans.. i know it will prolly cost more than is worth but can someone help me out?

ps im a poor college student so if you are a cheap electrician or someone willing to work for burr that it preferable

what is burr? I may be able to help. shoot me a pm and i can give you contact info. Maybe you can shoot me a few pics and i can figher it out.

burr is beer lol id have to take the hood apart again to get pics of it its a lot of wires connected to one another.. ill try to take pics when i get back home as im at a friends and leaving for harrahs casino in a few hrs so maybe friday? :-/
