How do you prepare your hands....

I wash, rinse very well and dry on a clean towel. If I'm touching yucky stuff I put on nitrile gloves.

Same. I don't use lotions or whatnot either. That will get you into trouble.

I'm in and out of tanks all the time, so I usually rinse and wipe if I've done other tasks between occasions.

I use the heavy rubber ones if I'm going deep or handling rock and latex just for the normal stuff. I probably go through half a dozen every day.

sounds about like what I do.. of course I wash my hands after exiting on occasion lol
