I expected an email back, which I received, but when I didn't respond the guy actually took initiative to call me on my mobile phone during the day to help rectify the situation.

Wow NICE!!! You gotta love how CS works in some of the smaller niche market businesses. Now if I could just get someone who did not call me "my friend" when I had an issue with my internet company life would be grand.
