Icecap 660 one the fritz

I think I have a bad ballast. When the lights came on today the t5s will not fire for more than a second. I have moved bulbs, checked sockets, and checked the wiring for nicks. Nothing has changed since yesterday. Any ideas welcome.

Edit: LOL.. never mind. Bad bulb. Tried bulbs from another fixture.
