I have a new to me ballast,
I think it's the 430(that's what the dude said it was), can't read the label very well, but the diagram on it shows a 2 bulb configuration. So I wire this baby up with nice water resistant end caps and mount everything all neat, bought two brand new bulbs, and it worked for about 4 hrs then blew a bulb! ***? I have traced the prob to the bulb, it's def blown. Did I just get a lemon bulb or is the ballast too big for two 54 watters? I know nothing about these things except they will overdrive the bulbs a bit. That's fine, plenty of ppl use them so am I doing something wrong bf I go buy another brand new bulb or what?
