ID Please - Tube Worm?

Found this behind a rock today... Sorry the picture isn't better... camera hard to focus.

It's tubular in shape, about a half inch in length.
Orange with a white ring.
I see movement inside when I hit it with a flash light. (Haven't tried a red lens.)

Some kind of a tube worm?

Vermatid snail. Notice any web looking stuff hanging out of it at any time?

Yep... saw the web last night. I have a bunch of vermatid snails... but none of them this big or this color.

It is awesome! Already eating flake. Neon goby kinda freaks him out a little
