Nudibranches of some type. Not sure if they are friend or foe though.

They're pretty ;)

thanks Jenn, first time I see them in almost 2 years since I got that tank set up, there's 3 of them and a little piece that I "fragged" out of one trying to peel them from the rock but it seems to be still alive.

I'll keep them isolated until someone comes up with a positive id.

Cool
My mom dives with the author of 1001 nudibrachs or something like that. I'll forward this to her and maybe she can look them up in the book

awesome, I'm going over nudi pixel site but there are thousands of pics and many are unknown.

I can send more pics if needed, second one is the belly shot and they're in a large transfer box so about 4 inches when stretched

Huhuhuh.... Misu's lookin' at nudi pix.

That just sounds wrong somehow.

Ahhhhh, i remember seeing those a while back...but I can't remember anything about them....hmmmm, let me look around.

I noticed that looks funky but that's what the site is called :) nudipixels.net

I may need to come up with a better solution for isolating them before we figure out what they are, I'm keeping them in that transfer box and "changing" their water every few hours. Maybe I'll drill some tiny holes in that box to get some flow

bump :)

here's a new pic with flash. Breeders box idea didn't work they're so thin they can slip through the grill on the sides

white spot is the tail the other side has 2 small antennas

http://www.wetwebmedia.com/flatworms.htm">polyclad flatworm</a>, thanks Rit

supposed to eat snails and do other bad stuff.

Too bad I put them back in the sump 3 days ago. On the bright side I have 2 peppermints and a 6 line in there to "entertain" them.

Check with Chris at Fish Scales. I'm pretty sure he has some just like those for a customer.
