I'm thinking hydroids, but they're different from all the pics I see on google, see the zoa polyps next to it as a size reference

Edit: Or maybe a single xenia polyp that ended up there somehow?

It looks like a xenia polyp to me, but it's weird that it's off by itself. What is that zoa to the back right with an orange ring? It's really cool.

Definitely not a hydroid.

Almost looks like a blue clove polyp or some sort of anthelia.

yeah those blue cloves can grow anywhere..i have some growing on my return spout lol...they look great though
