id please

Saw a few of these white with spots..ect. things that i'm assuming live in the LR. (it was night time and i turned the lights on to 'hunt' Aiptasia)
The 'big' one is about halfway down in the pic near the black snail shell. (looks like the snail is about to touch it) You can see other small ones hear and there

really? wow... I always pictured them as a blue or red soft rock looking thing that just sits in your sand :) It looks like it sucks back into the LR during the day. (I would think it just sat there and grew?)
 
i just did a tank upgrade and some of the base rocks in my aquascaping had the same exact things on them, which I assumed were sponges from having seen them in other posts.. it seems like they like to grow in darker places and less flow, tending to be in between pieces of rock... nothing to worry about.. i think they are beneficial.
