Is My Anemone Pooing or About to Die?

So I recently got my 1st anemone from the LFS. It's a condi with pink tips. It's been in the tank for a couple of days now. I will note I believe my lights are quite a bit brighter than of those at the LFS. Today when I looked at the tank, it was deflated with a long whiteish/brown stringy mass coming from it. See attached pic.

Most likely poo. Nems being mostly comprised of water will expel waste within a few days after being introduced to new water.

JDW, I tried to take another shot per your request. However, the stringy mass has since left the animal. I have a feeling one of my fish has since made dinner of this delicious treat...

It's poo, mines do it once a week or every other week. Then again, I feel them about once a week so I guess that's why they poo so much.

Mine was pooing too apparently. I would apologize for poking him while he poo'd, but he wouldn't understand anyways
