is my clownfish sick?

Hi:

I just notice my clownfish have a bump below his mouth. is quite big. From the side you can see is about 1 mm. Is black/red. It looks like if full of blood. Picture attached showing the bump, sorry I couldn't take one from the side. Is this a disease? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Almost looks like he was bit and it made a blister, Is he swimming around Normal and eating?

He is swimming and eating fine. He "cleans" the sand area before sleeping every night. Maybe he got hurt? Thanks

He probably just got a scratch with slight infection. It should clear up soon. I have a pair that host a bunch of frogspawn coral and are always getting a blemish or two.
