I haven't seen a thread like this LATELY,

SOOOO

post picks of your tank.. FULL FRONTAL SHOTS please :)

I'm always inspired when I see other tanks.!!!

doesn't matter if youve been reefing (aquarium) for 50 years or 5 weeks... post a pic!

this is my first reef tank it is under 1 month old. nano reef, 8 gallon biocube
Not really happy with the scape but I need to get rid of more paly covered rocks. The rock is easy to break and I am offering them for free! lol
So far I have $150 in everything, tank, livestock, salt, equipment. This is reefing on a budget lol

Stock
Fish: Snowflake Clownfish
Inverts/Clean up crew: 5 (mostly Astraea) snails, 2 blue leg hermit crabs, med sized featherduster and many tiny ones
Coral: 100+ palythoa, 100+ zoanthids (fire and ice, and mixed zoas), 2 heads Duncan, 2 heads frogspawn, 7 heads trumpet coral, pulsing Xenia, star polyps, purple mushroom.

Still a huge work in progress, it being my first saltwater tank and the fact that I'm currently not able to get a lot of things that I need for it, but I love it anyway.

Almost a year ago and today:

First shot of the new tank. I'm not completely satisfied yet, but I'm getting there.

I know the feeling.. its hard to get rock EXACTLY where you want it :) To accomplish this you have to know EXACTLY what you want... then create it :)

looking good man...
