So I finally decided to start my build thread. Lets start with equipment. I have an old school 14 gal jbj nano with a current 70 watt 14k hid lighting. I have 2 blue leds and a mp 30 pump. I have a two way splitter on the return for added flow control. Back in November I started cycle with 15 pounds of carib super fine live sand and 15.9 pounds of live rock. I have taken pictures every time I have added any thing and also the growth. I december I added my cuc and have not lst any since. I added 1 brittle sea star, 1 emerald crab, 6 dwarf blue leg hermits, 3 cerinth snails, 3 nass snails, and 4 astria snails. 3 weeks later I added a super small normal perc clown to set up and a green striped mushroom. By Jan. I added a 15 polyp plug of eagle eye zoas. In feb I added 2 kenyatrees on same shell. In late March I added a Deresa Clam and a 4 stem pipe organ coral plug. in april I added a single head of frog spawn, and a plug of gsp, and a lyng sy monti plate 1 inch cut. In early may about a week ago I added a gbta. Everything in my tank is growing very rapidly and all is happy. I jus wanted to share my joy and my tanks evolution. I will try to keep this as updated as possible.
