Just got 28 Gal JBJ nano cube looking for help

Just took out the media basket from the sump in the back. I replaced it with a NextReef MR1 reactor. I have sea gel running in it right now. I also left the sponge in the sump. checked my water and every things perfect. my PH is a little low 8.2 and have 0 Phos.
Heres a picture of the updated upgrade. Suggestions welcome.

Tank is looking great. I try to keep the salinity more constant . I keep mine at 1.024 does the fluctuations in how you are mixing yours affect the corals any?

i have been fillling a brute can with RODI then filling up 5 gallon buckets with the rodi then mixing the salt by the individual bucket–causing inconsistencies i believe. I am waiting for one of the members to bring me a 55 gal barrel which i will keep pre mixed saltwater. i have a pinpoint salinity reader so i can calculate an accurate reading. what should i have the salinity meter read, i believe it tells me in PPMs. I also have been using oceanic sea salt, which i have been told can lower ph (which i am having a huge problem with now, affecting my corals). i am gonna switch to seachem's Reef Salt.

Haha I heard there aggressive. He's the last fish I'm putting in my nano for a while (so I say...). Right now my black and white striped damsel is bullying him and everyone else.
