I would, maybe in a less invasive manner, I.e., focus/metro in food for how ever many days. ICH can be on your fishes gills where u can't see it, or it could be in a different phase having dropped off to cycle again. Your fish could be "somewhat resistant" to it, also...but yes, I would treat in display tank metro and focus to any fish that was exposed to ICH.

That assumes that ich has been introduced to the DT. If the fish/fishes in the QT are the only ones that have had it, it is very possible that ich doesn't exist in the DT.
