koralia keeps flowing backward

What can I do to get it to spin the correct direction. This is a newer model, about a year and a half old.

There's a 2 year warranty on them. Either contact Hydor or the vendor you got it from and they should be able to repair or replace it for you.

It's a known issue and it's an easy fix.

If they send you a new bushing, no tools are needed.

just had to have mine replaced , not sure if they were under the 2 years or not. But i just cut the cord and sent it to them and I got replacements

Edit: make sure you have platy of impeller fluid in it as well.

Edit: also, there is supposed to be a rubber nub on the front of the housing, if this is missing or marred it wont work
