Lighting suggestion for 15g

I am looking at doing a small 15 gallon tank in my kitchen with the hopes of getting some onyx clowns from rods reef and a rose BTA. I have been looking at several VHO fixtures, and a HQI system I found on Ebay and was wondering what everyones opinion would be. The tank is 24w X 15d X 12h.
