I'm trying to get some live black worms. Does anyone have any locally? If not, does anyone want to split some? Here's the link:

I'm thinking about getting the 1# combo for $65.99. It includes 3 worm keepers. I could split with 2 other people. Total would be $22/ea. P/U in Smyrna.

Edit: Or, if we have 8 people interested, we could do the 4# with 8 containers for $150. 1/2# and one keeper for $18.75

Got 3 people in. If we can get to 8, I'm OK with that. Please know that if you plan to order, they need to be picked up the same day as delivery. My wife would probably not like 4# of worms in our fridge!!

FYI-

Fish cannot resist these worms! I have Tqpolo to thank for showing me these. Even the most finnicky fish will relish these!

They offer extra worm keepers for ~$6.95, as well as worm feeders for ~1 buck.

I definitely recommend getting an extra worm keeper, or two.

I have a dorm fridge that I keep a gallon of bottled water in, along with the worms. You just need to rinse the worms and change their water at least 1x/day. It takes less than 5 min. They will last much longer if you do this, so be prepared.

(My wife got me the dorm fridge, after she said NO WAY to worms in HER fridge, lol)

Marine fish and reef off Johnson's Ferry actually sells these. At least they did last time I was there. FYI.

had them when i was doing discus fish. they are nasty haha. fun for a while, but i cant see maintaining them as a food staple for very long.

When was the last time you were there? I called them earlier this year and they said they stopped doing that a few years ago.

Edit: Btw, these are awesome if anyone want to keep Copperband butterfly. Most new Copperband will ignore all frozen foods but will chow these down like there's no tomorrow.

Too bad he is closed on Mondays. I wanted some for my new clowns that have been hyper lately

They came this evening. Ichthyoid is taking 1/3#. I still have 1/3# available for p/u tomorrow.
