Look what I got last night

it's about 3" long. I put it in a container overnight and this morning it released a whole bunch of white hair. Is this a good thing to keep or kill?

It's a fireworm. No biggie unless you touch it with your fingers.

Personally, I'd put it back - it's a good janitor. Some folks don't like them, no matter how they benefit the tank.

Looking like a bristleworm. Not a bad thing since it eats detrius. Don't get pricked by the bristles...seriously.

Yea a lot of worms are actually good for your tank. However, they creep me out.
