Look what my RBTA did...

It split!

I went to one of our sponsors today to order a 125RR (should be in on thursday, new build thread coming soon!) and when I got home I saw my RBTA had split! It has been looking like he was going to split a few weeks back and then started to move around the tank a lot. He found a spot for about a week and... BINGO... clone. Here is the before and after...

This really pumped me up for the new build, not that I don't love this hobby but it was the first time that one of my tanks have made me grin from ear to ear in some time now! :cheers:

Awesome, Deitz! I did a water change last night and my skimmer has been really working overtime since, did you do anything else? Also, I just bought 3 of the LED units you have on your cube for the 125, im excited, how do u like the unit so far?

Miles - I'll see you tonight for your goodies but your gonna have to wait on another split before u get one!

Justin - the rock is all from Fiji; i am very selective about the rocks i choose

Gray - No sand is in the DT because, i wanted to try a BB. So far I have no problems with it and really like it. If I know I am going to have people over or want to show it off, I just have to pull out the siphon really quick and suck up a little detritus and the tank looks really clean. It looks kind of messy right now bc i have been moving my corals around to accomidate the moving RBTA.

I love it!! Sodo my corals. I see massive growth. Also I'm not sure how long mine was split. So I just did a normal wc. It looks amazing!

I have the 18k model and the only thing I wish it had was a moonlight.

My RBTA split two weeks ago after being hit by a stray dab of Aptasia-X courtesy of me. haha. Barely did any damage, but must have pushed it into fight or flight.
