Had some time this afternoon and swapped everything over from my Octo lux 90 to the new 100g INT tank. Took a couple hours, zero issues.

Nice upgrade. Had to look up the octo90. Thats nice upgrade going from 45 to 100.
I was just wondering why you would do your return the way you did? I would have made extra drain instead of extra return as you have it now. I think having both drain working will get you better filtration compare to using one sock and one as emergency in a 100G size. Should get you way better drain and very silent as well. Good luck~

There's two drains and one emergency drain. It's even quieter than the old tank because I have a DC return pump now. I split the return. I'm utilizing the factory center return but replaced the locline Y with a VCA and also split it to a SCWD over the back with a fan return in each corner which will alternate left and right so I have two forms of alternating flow from the return and it's all mechanical. I want to minimize power heads in the tank and so far so good. The gyre is barely turned up (3/9 power level)

That’s cool idea. Alternating flow is definitely awesome. I have small sunset Milli frag thats peeling its skin and deing from too much flow.

ok mr. show-off-fancy-pants is there anything that doesn't do well in your tank? 
i could never keep elegances or gonis (esp amazeballs and glitterbomb) long term. ironically both were a big influence on why i entered the hobby...
