Middle GA Fragging?

It's just to view the attachments there are no edit options on my end...it's just takes me back to the post

Under "User CP" select "Edit Options" then under Miscellaneous on the left side of the page select "Attachment". Then select the picture you want to delete.

I can get that far but all I can do is view the picture and the thread it's in

At the Attachment page, click the check box on the right hand side of the page next to the ones you want deleted, then scroll to the bottom and hit the "Delete Selected" button.

Well that's the problem there's no box for me to click

Wait a minute. I know what is going on. You are a "User" not a "Member" therefore that feature is not available to you.
